BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Southwest corner of Lot 2, Block 2, Midwestern Farm
Subdivision, Section 2, according to plat recorded in Volume 22, Pages 264-265, Wichita County
Plat Records, said rod being in the North Right -of -Way line of Kyle Cove;
THENCE N 50*00' W along the North Right -of -Way line of Kyle Cove, 92.7 feet to an iron
rod in the East Right -of -Way line of Rhea Road;
THENCE in a Northeasterly direction along the East Right -of -Way line of Rhea Road, a
curve to the left having a radius of 1676.6 feet and a central angle of 3°53'43" for an arc
distance of 114.0 feet to a point, the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 72028' E - 90.5 feet to a point, the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE 5 02037' W - 82.1 feet to an iron rod, the Northwest corner of Lot 2, Block 2,
Midwestern Farm Subdivision;
THENCE along the West line of said Lot 2, S 40*00' W - 75.8 feet to the Place of
Beginning and containing 0.31 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for
the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
