THENCE S 89' 56' E with the South line of Lydia Drive a distance of 293.9 feet to an iron rod set
at the Northeast corner of Lot 8-B, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 000 00' 30" W a distance of 132.0 feet to an iron rod set at the Southeast corner of
Lot 8-B, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89° 56' W with the South line of Lot 8-B a distance of 294.0 feet to an iron rod set at
the Southwest corner of Lot 8-13, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 000 04' E a distance of 132.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.89
acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places there on shown for the
purposes and considerations therein expressed.
