THENCE S 00 00' 30' W with the East line of Lot 8 and the West line of K-Mart Addition 132.0 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 8
at the Northeast corner of Midwestern Farm Subdivision, Section 2 as recorded in Volume 22, Pages 264-265, Wichita County Plat
Records;
THENCE N 89 56' W along the South line of Lot 8 and the North line of Section 2 a distance of 404.0 feet to the Southwest corner of
Lot 8;
THENCE N 00 04' E along the West line of Lot 8 a distance of 132.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.22 acres of
land.
The Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent,
hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
