WHEREAS, Faith Baptist Church is the owner of a tract of land out of Block
14, Midwestern Farm Subdivision, Wichita Falls, Texas, and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 4, Block 14, Midwestern Farm Subdivision,
according to plat recorded in Volume 23, Pages 257-258, Wichita County Plat Records,
said point being on the Fast right-of-way line of Rhea Road;
THENCE S 890 56' E with South line of Lots 4 & 5 of said Block 14 a distance of
299.2 feet to a point in the West line of 7-A, Block 14;
THENCE S 000 041 W with the West line of Lot 7-A, 243.0 feet to its Southwest
corner;
THENCE S 890 561 E with South line of Lot 7-A, 196.8 feet to a point in the West
line of Lydia Drive;
THENCE S 000 041 W with the West line of Lydia Drive, 50.0 feet;
THENCE S 890 561 E 50.0 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 8 of said Block 14;
THENCE with the West line of Lot 8, S 001 04' W 132.0 feet to the North line of
Block 2, Section 2, Midwestern Farm Subdivision;
THENCE with the North line of Block 2, N 890 561 W 529.5 feet to its Northwest
corner, a point in the East line of Lot 2, Block 14;
THENCE with the East and North lines of Lot 2, N 021 371 E 82.1 feet and N 721
281 W 90.45 feet to a point in the East line of Rhea Road;
THENCE with the East line of Rhea Road, a curve to the left having a radius of
1676.65 feet and a central angle of llA OF 1411 for an arc distance of 322.5 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 4.071 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto,
and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water course, drains and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
