THENCE N 89056' W 160.0 feet to a point;
THENCE N 00000'30" E 200.0 feet to a point in the South Right -Of -Way line of Southwest
Parkway;
THENCE with the South Right -Of -Way line of Southwest Parkway, S 89°56' E 160.0 feet
to the place of beginning and containing 0.735 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the pur-
