Right -of -Way line of Rhea Road;
THENCE in a Northeasterly direction along the East Right -of -Way line of Rhea Road, with a curve to the left
having a radius of 1676.65 feet and a central angle of 11' 01' 15" for an arc distance of 322.5 feet to an iron
rod, the Southwest corner of Lot 4 of said Block 14, for the most Westerly Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 890 56' E 299.2 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 5, of said Block 14;
THENCE N 00' 04' E along the East line of said Lot 5, a distance of 175.0 feet to a point in the South
Right -of -Way line of Southwest Parkway, for the most Northerly Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 56' E along the South Right -of -Way line of Southwest Parkway 491.9 feet to an iron at the Northwest

Wichita County Plat Records for the most Northerly Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 000 00' 30" W 200.0 feet to an iron rod, the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 14, Midwestern Farm

THENCE S 890 56' E 160.0 feet to an iron rod, the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 14, Midwestern Farm Subdivision
for the most Easterly Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 000 00' 30" W 400.0 feet to an iron rod, the Northeast corner of Block 2, Midwestern Farm Subdivision,
Section 2, and also the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 890 56' W 933.5 feet to an iron rod, at the Northwest corner of Lot 2, Block 2, Midwestern Farm
Subdivision, Section 2;
THENCE N 020 37' E 82.1 feet to an iron rod at the Northeast corner of Lot 2, Block 14, Midwestern Farm Subdivision;
THENCE N 720 28' W 90.45 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 11.338 acres of land.
