left, and having a radius of 530.0 feet;
THENCE Northwesterly along said curve for an arc distance of 130.0 feet to iron rod at Southwest
corner of Lot 1;
THENCE N 200 00' E 54.3 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 250.0
feet;
THENCE Northeasterly along said curve for an arc distance of 57.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 0.238 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
purpose and consideration therein expressed.
