Parker Square Savings and Loan Association, Vol. 1159, Page 477, Wichita County Deed Records, said beginning
point being at the intersection, of the West line of Block 25, Denton County Sc ftl Land League 1 with the
South line of Southwest Parkway;
THENCE with West line of Block 25, S 0'04' E 852.8 feet;
THENCE with City of Wichita Falls raw water linr, N 63°02-1/2' E 409.6 feet;
THENCE N 21000' E 26.8 feet;
THENCE N 32026' E 50.4 feet to beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 1676.6 feet and a tangent
bearing of N 21°00' E at this point;
THENCE following said curve to the left for a distance of 612.6 feet to end of curve in South line of
Southwest Parkway;
THENCE with South line of Southwest Parkway, N 89°56' W 514.1 feet to the place of beginning and containing
7.933 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed herein, and in person or through
a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever ill streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the pLrpose and consideration
therein expressed.
