and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point in the South right-of-way line of East Fort Worth Street for the Northeast corner of the above mentioned Lot 2,
said point bears North 000 03' 91" West 959.27 feet and North 840 13' West 95.60 feet from the Southeast corner of J.A. HEMP'S RESUBDIVISION
of part of Kemp 6 Newby Subdivision for the Northeast corner and place of beginning of the herein described tract;
Thence South 050 47' West 120.00 feet along the East line of said Lot 2 to a point for the Southeast corner of Lot 2 and the South-
east corner of this tract, said point lies in the North line of Lot 5, Block 1, Pecan Acres Addition;
Thence North 840 13' West 66.54 feet along the South lines of the above mentioned Lots 1 d 2 and the North line of said Lot 5 to a
