S 79056' E from Southwest corner of a 53.43 acre tract, said point also being the Southeast corner of the I.C.X.
Addition, the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N OV37' 41, with the East line of I.C.X. Addition 424.84 feet to a point in the South Right-of-way line
Business Lt.S. 287 (North Scott Street), the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE Southeasterly with the South Right-of-way line of Business U.S. 287 as follows: Following a curve to the
right with a radius of 1096.00 feet and a central angle of 10°13'48" for a distance of 195.69 feet to end of
curve; S 34°43' E 479.74 feet to a point in the North Right-of-way line of Old Iowa Park Road, the Southeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 79°56' W, with the North Riqht-of-way line of Old Iowa Park Road, 438.81 feet to the place of beginning
and containing 2.519 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on the plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and in person or through duly
authorized agents hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever all streets, all alleys, parks, water courses,
drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
