Whereas, Jack Blair is the owner of a certain tract of land situated in the City
of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, and is described as being a 50 foot by
300 foot tract of land situated in Block 10 of the Sayles Irrigation Subdivision
of John A. Scott Survey No. 13, Ab. 303 and is hereby designated "Lot One, Blair
Subdivision" and is described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point in the south line of Harding Street 317 feet west and 20 feet
south of the northeast corner of Block 10, Sayles Irrigation Subdivision of John A.
Scott Survey No. 13, Ab• 303;
Thence west 50 feet;
Thence south 300 feet;
Thence east 50 feet;
Thence north 300 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.344 acres, more or
less.
The owner of this property, Jack Blair, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
all streets, alleys, parks, watercourses, drains, easements, and public places
therein shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
