WHEREAS Frank L. Johnson and JAPCO are the owners of a ln.562 acre tract of land out
of the G. 1'1. Scott Survey, A-254, Wichita County, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the North line of the North side Irrigation Canal and the East line of the
G. W. Scott Survey, said point also being in the centerline of City View Lane, for the Southeast corner of
this tract;
THENCE with the North line of said Irrigation Canal the following calls: N 71' 05' W at 31.59 feet passing
an iron rod and continuing , in all, 133.95 feet; Thence Northwesterly with a curve to the Right having a
radius of 636.2 feet and a central angle of 24.° 46' a distance of 275.0 feet; Thence S 43' 01' W 15.0 feet;
Thence Northwesterly with a curve to the Right havinq a radius of 651.2 feet and a central angle of 70 la'
a distance of 82.21 feet; Thence N 39' 45' W A1n.5 feet; Thence N 5n° 15' E 15.0 feet; Thence Northwesterly
with a curve to the Left having a radius of1.225.92 feet and a central angle of 19' 11' a distance of 41n.45
feet to an iron rod for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE East 989.5 feet to a point in the East line of G. W. Scott Survey, said point also being in centerline
of City View Lane, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South with the East line of G. W. Scott Survey 821.14 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
10.562 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, draigs, and public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein
