WHEREAS, City Concrete, Ii1c., is the Owner of a tract of land out of the G. W. Scott
Survey, A-254, Wichita County, Texas, described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point in the East line of the G. W. Scott Survey, said point being the
Northeast corner of an 88.38 acre tract conveyed to T. C. Foley as recorded in Volume
934, Page 180 of the Wichita County Deed Records; and also being on center of City View
Lane;
THENCE N 79024, W 1080.90 feet along the North line of said 88.38 acre tract for the
Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE South 432.63 feet for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 79024, E 1080.90 feet to the East line of G. W. Scott Survey for the Southeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE North along the East line of G. W. Scott Survey 432.63 feet to the place of
beginning and containing 10.55 acres of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use
of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
