A-58, Wichita County, Texas, and being more specifically described by
metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the above mentioned Block 19,
League 1; Thence South 140 51' 52.8" East 1363.51 feet to the Southwest
corner of Lot 7, of the above mentioned Block 7 for the place of beginning
of this description;
Thence North 570 00' East 100.00 feet to the most Northerly corner
of this tract and the Northwest corner of Lot 19 of the above mentioned
Block 7;
Thence South 280 22' East 114.70 feet to a point in the right-of-
way line of Chadwick Court for the Southwest corner of said Lot 19;
Thence along the right-of-way line of said Chadwick Court along
a 114.59 degree curve to the left, whose radius is 50.00 feet, a distance
of 79.23 feet to a point for the most Northerly corner of Lot 16 of said
Block 7, the tangent at this point bears South 290 09' East;
Thence South 600 51' West 106.92 feet to a point for the most
Southerly corner of this tract and the Southwest corner of said Lot 16;
Thence North 510 38' West 75.36 feet to a point for corner;
Thence North 000 10' West 57.78 feet to a point for corner;
Thence North 280 44' East 71.12 feet to the place of beginning and
containing 0.55 acres, more or less.
