A tract of land out of Block 19, League 1, Canton County School Land, A-58, Wichita County, Texas, and being more Specifically described
by metes and bounds as follows;
beginning at the Northwest corner of seta block 19, thence South 1175.40 feet with the West line of as id Block 19 to its point of intersection
with the South right-of-way line of the Fort Worth h Denver Railroad for the Northwest corner of this tract and being also the Northeast corner of a tract
of land owned by Texas Electric Servi oe Company, for the place of beginning of the herein described tract;
Thence North 570 00' East 215.76 feet along the said South right-of-way line of the Fort Worth h Denver Railroad to a point in said line for
the most northerly corner of this tract; said point also being the Northwest corner of Briargate Estates, Section 3, an addition to the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas;
Thence along the West line of said Briargate Estates, Section 3 as follows;
