A-56, Wicnits County, Texas, and being more specifically descriued uy
metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the above mentioned Block 19,
League 1; Thence South 140 51' 52.8" East 1363.51 feet to the Southwest
corner of Lot 7, of the above mentioned Block 7 for the place of beginning
of this description;
Thence North 570 00' East 1UO.00 feet to the most northerly corner
of this tract and the ;iortnwest corner of Lot 19 of the above mentioned
'lock 7;
Thence South 280 22' East 114.70 feet to a point in the right-of-
