corner of Lot 2, The North Corner Addition, as recorded in Volume 26, Page 20, Wichita County Plat Records,
for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 000 07' E with the East line of said Lot 2, 289.75 feet to an iron rod for the Northwest corner
of this tract;
THENCE S 890 59' E with the South line of a 20 foot alley 377.22 feet to an iron rod;

corner of this tract;
THENCE S 890 52' E with the said North line of Southwest Parkway, 397.66 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 2.631 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person or
