THENCE East along the South line of said Lot 8, a distance of 269 feet to a
point which is 21.0 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Lot 8;
THENCE S 17045' E 697.3 feet to a point in the North right-of-way line of Old
Seymour Road;
THENCE S 63°45' W along said North right-of-way line 500.0 feet to a point;
THENCE N 24043' W, 550.0 feet to a point;
THENCE N 27003' E, 433.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 8.839
acres of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the
use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, and
public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
