Abstract 58, Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, and described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the north line of Block 15, and 1559.8 feet east from the northwest corner
of Block 15;
THENCE east along the north line of Block 15, 100.0 feet;
THENCE S 000 10' E, 407.0 feet to the north line of Call Field Road;
THENCE S 890 521 W along the north line of Call Field Road, 100.0 feet;
TH ENCE N 000 101 W, 407.0 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 0.934 acres of land.
