No. 39, A-161, Wichita County, Texas described as followss
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Shappell Subdivision as shown on Plat of Record at Volume 11,
Page 56 of Wichita County Plat Records, said beginning point being N 89°41' E 1536.0 feet and N 00°19' W
50.0 feet from the Southwest corner of H. & G. N. RR Co. Survey No. 39, A-1611
THENCE N 00033' W 271.3 feet to an iron rod at the Northwest corner of Shappell Subdivision;
THENCE N 75005, E 150.0 feet to a bronze disc at Northeast corner of Shappell Subdivision in the West line
of U, S. Expressway, at beginning of a curve to the left with a radius of 730.3 feet and tangent bearing of
N 07°56' W;
THENCE with said curve for 277.8 feet to a bronze disc at end of curve in West line of U. S. 287 Expressway;

THENCE with the East line of Railroad Right-of-way line S 15°46' E 2723.0 feet to an iron rod in the North
line of Reilly Road;
THENCE with North line of Reilly Road N 89°41' E 188.2 feet to an iron rod at angle in road right-of-way;
THENCE N 75005' E 87.9 feet to the place of beginning and containing 15.8 acres of land.
