specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at apoint within said David Welch Survey, said point lies in the Nrirth right-of-way
line of Industrial Drive and bears North 100 11' 10" East 7636.18 feet from the Southwest corner
of this tract;
Thence North W 35 East 404 60 feet to a point for corner;
Thence North 100 12 East 116 20 feet to a point foe the Northwest corner of this tract, Said
Point being 52 0 feet from, measured at right angles to, the centerline of the Fort Wortn and Denver
Railway Company•s main tract;
Thence South 790 48 East 287 30 feet along a line 52 0 feet South of and parallel to the cent-
erline of said main tract to a point for the Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence South 000 09 30" West, at 155 60 feet pass a Texas Highway Department monument, in all
a distance of 526 20 feet to the point of intersection of the North Right -of -Way line of Industrial
Drive and the West Right -of -Way line of State Highway Loop 11 for the Southeast corner of this tract;
Thence North 790 48 West 332 40 feet along said North Right -of -Way line of Industrial Drive
to the place of beginning and containing 3 748 acres, more or less.
