THENCE N 89043' E 522.3 feet to a fence corner in the West Right-of-way line of Sheppard
Access Road for the Southeast corner of this tracto
THENCE N 12046, W 177.1 feet along the West Right-of-way line of Sheppard Access
Road, to an iron rod for the Northeast corner of this tracts
THENCE S 890441 W 484.1 feet to the place of beginning and containing 2.0 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicate to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
