WHEREAS, K. C. Moore is the owner of a 7.485 acre tract of land out of Robert
Evans Survey, A-74, Wichita County, Texas described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Dresser Addition as recorded
in Volume 22, Page 18, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being in the South line
of U.S. Highway 82 and 277 (Seymour Highway);
THENCE along the East line of Lot 1, S 14' 28' 30" E 608.45 feet to an iron rod at the
Southeast corner of Lot 1 for the Southwest Corner of this tract;
THENCE N 75' 31' 30" E 460.0 feet to a 3/4" pipe at fence corner at the Southeast
corner of a tract conveyed from Lane -Wells Co. to Dresser Industries recorded in Volume
746, Page 635, Wichita County Deed Records, for the Southeast corner of this tract:;
THENCE N 14' 28' 30" W 801.0 feet to an iron rod in the South line of U.S. Highway 82
and 277 for the Northeast corner of this tract, said corner being on a curve to the
left having a radius of 5630 feet and a tangent bearing of S 55' 21, 00" W;
THENCE Southwesterly along the South line of said U.S. Highway following said curve
with a central angle of 05' 04' 38" for an arc distance of 498.9 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicatee to the use
of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and
public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations
therein expressed.
