THENCE S 15015' E 200.0 feet along the East line of Lots 57 and 56 of said Subdivision to the Southeast corner of said Lot 56
for the most southerly Southwest corner of this tract;

THENCE in a Southwesterly direction with said South line of U.S, Hwy. 82 G 277 with a curve to the ]eft with a radius of 5630,0
