THENCE S 000 00' 50" W a distance of 296.22 feet to a point in a manhole lid in the North line
of Southwest Parkway for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89` 59' 10" W with the South line of Southwest Parkway, a distance of 460.0 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.534 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever
all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown
or the purposes and consideration therein expressed.
