BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot 2-A, Certain -Teed Products Addition as recorded
in Volume 22, Page 219, Wichita County Plat Records, for the Southwest corner of this
tract;
THENCE N 000 00' 50" W with the East line of said Lot 2-A, a distance of 296.22 feet
to an iron rod in the Southeast line of the Fort Worth & Denver Railroad right-of-way;
THENCE N 570 12' 22" E with said Railroad right-of-way 877.54 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE. S 780 50' 26" E, 71.43 feet to an iron rod in the West line of a Texas Electric
Service Company tract;
THENCE S 000 07' 38" E with said West line 757.48 feet to an iron rod in the North line
of Southwest Parkway, said point being S 890 59' 10" W, 359.50 feet from the intersection
of the East line of Block 2, League 2, Denton County School Land and the North
right-of-way of Southwest Parkway;
THENCE S 890 59' 10" W with the North line of said Southwest Parkway, 809.36 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 10.28 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use
of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and
public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
