as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot 2A, Certain -Teed Products Addition as recorded
in Volume 22, Page 219 of the Wichita County Plat Records for the Southwest corner of
this tract;
THENCE N 000 001 5011 W with the East line of said Lot 2A,296.22 feet to an iron rod in
the Southeast line of the Fort Worth 8 Denver Railroad Right -of -Way;
THENCE N 57012'22" E with said Railroad Right -of -Way 877.23 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE S 79059'49" E 71.64 feet to an iron rod in the West line of a Texas Electric
Service Company tract;
THENCE S 00007'38" E with said West line 757.48 feet to an iron rod in the North line of
Southwest Parkway;
THENCE S 89059'10" W with the North line of said Southwest Parkway 809.36 feet to the
Place of Beginning and containing 10.28 acres of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use
of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and
public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
