BEGINNING at the West corner of Lot 2, Certain -Teed Products Addition to Wichita Falls, Texas,
as recorded in Volume 21, Pages 21 & 22 of .the Wichita County Plat Records for the West corner
of this tract;
THENCE N 89059'10" E with the North line of Southwest Parkway and the South line of said Lot 2,
a distance of 465.00 feet, to the East line of a 10 foot easement, the Southeast corner of this
tract;
THENCE N 00000'50" W „ with East line of said Easement, 299.44 feet to a point in the Northwest
line of said Lot 2, said point also being in the Southeast Right-of-way line of the Fort Worth
and Denver Railroad, the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 57012'22" W, with the Northwest line of said Lot 2 and the Southeast Right-of-way
line of said Railroad, a distance of 553.07 feet to the place of beginning and containing
1.598 acres of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto,
and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places there-
on shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
