to the Plat of said Addition recorded in Volume 22, Paa_e 19 and 20, Plat Records of Wichita County, Texas;
for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 800 07' 00" W alona_ the North line of Lot 2 a distance of 292.91 feet to a point for the Southwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 410 04' 17" E 282.75 feet to a point on the centerline of a 15 inch sanitary sewer line for the
Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 480 55' 43" E along the centerline of said sewer line 147.59 feet to an angle in said line;
THENCE S 430 15' 24" E along the centerline of said sewer line 118.77 feet to a point on the West Right -of -
Way line of Taft Boulevard for the Northeast corner of this tract, said point being on a curve to the
right having a radius of 1068.75 feet and at which point the tangent of said curve bears S 45° 06' 23" W;
THENCE in a Southwesterly direction along the West Right -of -Way line of Taft Boulevard following said curve
to the right having a radius of 1068.75 feet and a central angle of 060 27' 10" for an arc distance of
120.37 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.202 acres of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
considerations therein expressed.
