Wichita County, Texas at the point of intersection of the South line of said Survey and the East line

THENCE along the North line of Barwise Street and the South line of said Survey, 141.30 feet to
an iron rod for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 01°33' E 266.8 feet to an iron rod in the South line of Humphreys* Street for the North-
east corner of this tracts
THENCE West with the South line of Humphrey', Street 148.8 feet to an iron rod at the intersec-
tion of the South line of Humphreys Street and the East line of Rosewood Avenue for the Northwest cor-
ner of this tract;
THENCE South with the East line of Rosewood Avenue 266.8 feet to the place of beginning.
