BEGINNING at an iron rod at the North line of Iowa Park Road and the East line of Cresent Lane;
THENCE S 790 29' E along the North line of Iowa Park Road 212.7 feet to an iron rod for the Southeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 000 21' E 834.8 feet to an iron rod for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 850 41' W 209.8 feet to an iron rod in the East line of Cresent Lane for the Northwest corner
of this tract;
THENCE S 000 21' W along the East line of Cresent Lane 811.8 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
3.95 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration
therein expressed.
