the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00021, W along the East line of Cresent Lane O,10.9 feet to the place of
beginning and containing 4.10 acres of land; therefore, the owner of the land shown on
this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or through a duly author-
