as recorded in Volume 344, and page 233 of Wichita County Deed Records, which said point being
a 4-- iron fence Foot for corner of the North R.O.W. of Old Iowa Park Roadl
THENCE N 00 O1' E 478.08 feet to a point in the South R.O.W. of Business a s, 287 (North Scott
Street) for the Northwest Corner of this tracts
THENCE Southeasterly with the South R.O.W. of Business U.S,287 following a curve to the right
with a radius of 1146 feet and a central angle of 19`24'37" for a distance of 388.23 feet to a
point for the Northeast Corner of this tracts
THENCE S 00037' E 424.84 feet to a point in the North line of Old Iowa Park Road for the
Southeast Corner of this tracts
THENCE N 79°56' W with the North R.O.W. line of Old Iowa Park Road 378.03 feet to the place
of beginning and containing 3.665 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on the plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and in
person or through duly authorized agents hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever all
streets, all alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for
the purpose and consideration therein expressed,
