being part of that 393.6 acre tract conveyed from W. L. Robertson and wife, Virginia
Robertson to Ernest M. and H. Y. Robertson by that deed dated December 28, 1948, as
recorded in Volume 494, Page 271, Wichita County Deed Records, and being more
specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2 inch iron rod lying in the south right—of—way line of Farm —to —Market
Road 3492 ("F.M. 2492"), also known as Reilly Road, said 1/2 inch iron rod bears South
89'18'07" East 1331.05 feet and South 14'40'41 East 72.60 feet from the northwest corner of
said A. R. Collins Survey for the northwest corner of this description;
Thence along the south right—of—way line of F.M. 3492, South 89'18'07" East 346.61
feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod lying in the west right—of—way line of Interstate Highway 44
("I.H. 44") for the northeast corner of this description;
Thence along the west right—of—way of I.H. 44 as follows:
South 49'26'39" East 125.14 feet to a Texas Department of Transportation ("TxDOT")
monument;
South 57'02'46" East 52.32 feet to a TxDOT monument; and
South 64'45'19" East 193.67 feet to a TxDOT monument for the southeast corner of
this description;
Thence leaving the west right—of—way line of I.H. 44, South 73'09'02" West 589.78 feet
to a 1/2 inch iron rod for the southwest comer of this description;
