WHEREAS David Park is the owner of Lots 4 thru 7, Lots 19 thru 22. and Lot 17B, and a portion of
Lots 34 thru 36. Block 1, G. L. Friberg Subdivision and more particularly described by metes and bounds in
two tracts as follows:
TRACT 1
BEGINNING at a mag nail set in the intersection of the South right-of-way of Missile Road and the West
right-of-way of Burkbumett Road, for the Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 06. 00' E with the West right-of-way of Burkbumett Road a distance of 499.17 feet to a
pipe found at the Northeast corner of Lot 3, Block 1, G. L. Friberg Subdivision as recorded in Volume 22.
Page 398 of the Wichita County Plat Records, said pipe being the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 56' 41" W with the North line of said Lot 3, a distance of 400.24 to a pipe found at the
Northwest corner of Lot 3 and Northeast comer of Lot 23. Block 1, G. L. Friberg Subdivision as recorded in
Volume 22, Page 398 of the Wichita County Plot Records, and continuing on same course for a total
distance of 590.00 feet to an iron rod set at the Northwest corner of said Lot 23, said rod being in the
East line right-of-way of Loretta Street and being the Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 06' 00" W with the East line of Loretta Street, a distance of 517.88 feet to an iron rod set
in the South right-of-way of Missile Road, said rod being in a curve to the left with a radius of 966.73
feet, for the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE with said South curve of Missile Road a distance of 190.44 feet (CH = S 84' 24' 39" E 190.13') to
a highway monument found for an angle corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 56' 45' E with the South right-of-way Missile Road a distance of 400.81 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 6.802 ACRES of land in tract 1.
TRACT 2
BEGINNING at an iron rod set in the intersection of the South right-of-way of Missile Rood and the West
right-of-way of Loretta Street, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 05' 470 E with the West right-of-way of Loretto Street a distance of 166.66 feet to an iron
rod set In Intersection of the West right-of-way of Loretta Street and the North right-of-way of Donna
Lane, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 57' 00" W with the North right-of-way of Donna Lane a distance of 189.75 feet to an iron
rod set in the East line of Lot 5, Block 2, Northridge Estates as recorded in Volume 26, Page 39-40 of
the Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' OS' 12' W with the East line of said Block 2, Northridge Estates a distance of 236.86 feet
to an Iron rod found in the South right-of-way of Missile Road, said rod being in a curve to the left with
a radius of 966.73 feet and the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE with said curve a distance of 202.70 feet (CH = S 69' 44' 59" E 202.33 feet) to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.879 ACRES of land in tract 2.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plot and whose name is subscribed thereon and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
