Friberg Subdivision in all a distance of 144.75 feet to an iron rod found in its Northwest corner for the Northwest corner of this tract; THENCE S 890 38' 02" E with the North line of said Lot 1 a distance of 175.03 feet to an iron rod found, the Northwest corner of a 75'xl 18' tract conveyed to Primo Glavez by deed recorded in Volume 1608, Page 557, Wichita County Deed Records, for the most Northerly Northeast corner of this tract; THENCE S 000 20' 33"W with West line of said 75'xl 18'tract a distance of 119.03 feet to an iron rod found in the South line of said Lot 1, for an Ell corner of this tract; THENCE S 890 52' 07" E with South line of said Lot 1 a distance of 225.02 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.709 acre tract of land.
