FIELD NOTES
A tract of land out of the Lewis Wells Survey, A-323, Wichita County, Texas, said tract being none
commonly known as Lot 17A, Block I, G.L. Friberg Subdivision, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls,
Wichita County, Texas, and a portion of Donna Lore, said tract being more specifically described by metes
and bounds as follows:
Beginning at an iron rod lying in the West right-of-way line of Burkburnett Road (State Highway No.
240), said iron rod bears East 2655.00 feet and North 3108.00 fee, from the Southwest corner of said
Lewis Wei Is Survey, said iron rod being the Southeast corner and pla,.;e of beginning of this description;
Thence South 89" 57' West 590.00 feet to an iron rod lying in i-he East right-of-way line of Loretta
Street, said iron rod being the Southwest corner of this tract;
Thence along said East right-of-way line of Loretta Street, North 00° 061 West passing the Southwest
corner of said Lot 17A at 25.00 feet, a total distance of 180.30 feat to a point of intersection of the
above mentioned East right-of-way line of Loretta Street and the South right-of-way line of Missile Road,
said point lies in a 5.927 degree curve, said point also being the Northwest corner of said Lot 17A and
of this tract;
Thence along said South right-of-way line of Missile Road, and along a 5.927 degree curve to the
left, having a radius of 966.73 feet and a central angle of It* 201 05'1, a total distance of 191.20 feet
to a point of tangency;
Thence continuing along said South right-of-way line of Missile Road, North 89° 541 East 400.00 feet
to a point of intersection of the above mentioned South right-of-way line of Missile Road and said West
right-of-way line of Burkburnett Road (State Highway No. 240), safe point being the Northeast corner of
said Lot 17A and of this tract;
Thence along said West right-of-way line of Burkburnett Road (`state Highway No. 240), South 00° 061
East passing the Southeast corner of said Lot 17A at 136.90 feet, a total distance of 161.90 feet to the
place of beginning and containing 2.22 acres, more or less.
