A tract of land out of the Lewis Wells Survey, A-323, Wichita County, Texas, being more commonly
known as Lots 8 6 to. and part of Lots 9 b 17, Friberg Subdivision, an addition to Wichita County,
Texas, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at the point of intersection of the west right-of-way line of State Highway No. 240 and
the south right-of-way line of Missile Road, said point bears South 00° 06' East 325.00 het from the
Northeast corner of said Fribero Subdivision, and bears North 3133.0 feet and East 2655.0 feel from the
Southwest corner of said Lewis Wells Survey for the Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence South 000 06' East 136.90 feet .long said west right-of-way line of State Highway No. 240 to
iVs point of intersection with the north right-of-way line of Donna Lane, said point being the occupied
Southeast corner of said Lot 8 and the Southeast corner of this tract;
Thence South 890 57' West 590.00 feet along the North line of Donna Lane to it•a point of intersection
with the East line of Loretta Street for the Southwest corner of said Lot 18 and the Southwest corner of
this tract;
Thence North 000 06' West 155.30 feet along the East Iine of Loretta Street to it's point of inter-
section with a curve of the south right-of-way line of Missile Road for the Northwest corner of this tract ,
the bearings of the tangent to the curve at said point being North 780 45' 55" West;
Thence along said South right-of-way line of Missile Road as follows, in an Easterly direction along a
5.927 degree curve to the left having a central angle of 110 20' 05" and a radius of 966.73 feet, a
distance of 191.25 feet to a point of tangency;
North 890 54' East 400.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.88 Acres, more or less.
