314-725-4321, is the Owner of a certain tract of land situated in the J. A. Scott Survey No.
18, A-300, City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, more particularly described by
metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron stake at the Northwest corner of the herein described tract, said
point being the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 3, Somerset Park Addition, said point also
being S.1900.5 feet and E.1840.5 feet from the Northwest corner of J. A. Scott Survey No. 18,
A-300.
THENCE East along the South line of said Somerset Park Addition, a distance of 152.0 feet to
an iron rod;
THENCE South 280.0 feet to an iron rod in the North R.O.W. of Seymour Highway (Fifth Street);
THENCE West with the North R.O.W. of Seymour Highway (Fifth Street) a distance of 152.0 feet
to a 1�" iron stake;
THENCE North 280.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.977 acres of land.
The Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever
all street, allays, parks, water courses, drains, easements, and public places thereon shown
for the pu,"e apd consideration therein expressed.
