BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of a 1.74 acre tract out of said Lewis Wells Survey, A-323, Wichita
County and conveyed to S. G. Houston, Jr. as recorded in Volume 833, Page 329 of the Wichita County
Deed Records;
THENCE West with the fenced South line of said 1.74 acre tract 200 feet to an iron rod for the northwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE South 120.0 feet parallel to and 200 feet West of the West line of State Highl:ay 240, to an iron
rod for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE East 200.0 feet to an iron rod in the West line of State Highway 240 for the Southeast corner of
this tract;
THENCE North 120.0 feet with the West line of State Highway 240, to the place of beginning and containing
0.55 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations
therein expressed.
