BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod set on the South line of a 20 foot wide Roadway Easement that is
called to be North 3862 feet and S 89° 48' 55" E 78.0 feet from the Southwest corner of the Robert
Evans Survey, Abstract 74, this iron rod is also the Northwest corner of a tract owned by Don Britt
and described in Volume 1363, Page 510 Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE N 000 04' 18" W 505.5 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set on the East line of Barnett Road for the
Northwest cornerof this tract;
THENCE S 89° 48' 55" E 594.29 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set on the West line of the Lena Frost 2.50
Acre tract for the Northeast cornerof this tract;
THENCE S 000 01' 24" E along the East line of the Frost tract at 485.5 feet pass a 1/2 inch iron rod
found on the North line of the Roadway Easement, in all a total distanceof 505.5 feet to a 1/2 inch iron
rod set;
THENCE N 890 48' 55" W 593,86 feet along the South line of the tract described in Volume 1674, Page
644 and along the North line of a tract owned by Don Britt Volume 1363, Page 510 to the Place of
Beginning and containing 6.90 Acres of land. The bearings in these Field Notes are NAD 83 Grid
Bearings from Solar Observations.
