WHEREAS University Park Church of the Nazarene is the Owner of 5.00 acres out of
Block 27, Denton County School Land, League 1, A-58, and more particularly described by
metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Southwest corner of Lot 4, Block 1, Lake Wichita
Addition as shown on plat recorded in Volume 26, Page 470, Wichita County Plat Records,
said rod being in the East line of Fairway Boulevard, for the most Westerly Northwest corner
of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 55' 20" E, with the South line of said Lot 4, a distance of 235.05 feet to an
iron rod set at the Southeast corner of said Lot 4 for an ell corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 03' 03" E, with the East line of said Lot 4, a distance of 160.93 feet to an
iron rod found for the Northeast corner of said Lot 4 and the most Northerly Northwest
comer of this tract, said rod also being in the South line of Lot 3, Block 1, Lake Wichita
Addition as shown on plat recorded in Volume 27, Pages 247-248, Wichita County Plot
Records;
THENCE N 89' 56' 30" E, with the South line of said Lot 3, a distance of 128.46 feet to an
iron rod found for the Southeast corner of said Lot 3 and an ongle corner of this tract, said
rod also being the Southwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to SAF-T-LOC Southwest,
LP by deed recorded in Volume 2748, Page 377, Official Public Records of Wichita County,
THENCE S 86' 28' 58" E. with the South line of said SAF-T-LOC tract, a distance of 505.08
feet to an iron rod set at the Southeast comer of said SAF-T-LOC tract for the Northeast
comer of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 15' 00" W a distance of 142.00 feet to an iron rod set for the Southeast
comer of this tract;
THENCE N 88' 55' 03" W a distance of 29.00 feet to on iron rod set for an ongle corner of
this tract;
THENCE S 68' 10' 40" W a distance of 509.72 feet to an iron rod set for an angle comer of
this tract;
THENCE N 89' 55' 00" W a distance of 365.00 feet to an iron rod set for the Southwest
corner of this tract in the East line of Fairway Boulevard;
THENCE N 00' 00' 30" E, with the East line of Fairway Boulevard, a distance of 200.00 feet
to the PLACE of BEGINNING and containing 5.00 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
