BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 2, Block 1, Lake Wichita Addition according to plat
recorded in Volume 25, Page 128, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being S 890 56, E 45.0
feet and S 000 041 W 740.0 feet from the Northwest corner of Block 27, Denton County School Land,
League 1 and also being in the East line of Fairway Boulevard;
THENCE S 890 561 E, with the South line of said Lot 2, a distance of 320.3 feet to its Southeast
corner, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 230 211 E 109.0 feet to an iron rod at the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 890 561 W 363.6 feet to an iron rod in the East line of Fairway Boulevard;
THENCE with the East line of Fairway Boulevard, N 000 041 E, 100.0 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.785 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever, all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains and public planthereon strewn for the purposes and
considerations therein expressed.
