Evans Survey, A-74, Wichita County, Texas described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Southeast corner of Block 3, Cimarron Subdivi-
sion, as recorded in Volume 22, Page 5 of Wichita County Plat Records, said rod
also being in the West Right-of-way line of Turtle Creek Road;
THENCE along the West Right-of-way line of Turtle Creek Road as follows:
S 08003' E 28.9 feet; S ol045' E 95.7 feet: South 72.,4 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 85003'52" W 1276.86 feet to a point in the East Right-of-way line of
Fort Worth and Denver Railway Company; I
THENCE along the East Bight -of -way line of Fort Worth and Denver Railway Com
pany as follows: S 89*31' W 9.85 feet; N 00°17' W 144,75 feet to the Southwest
corner of said Block 3;
THENCE S 87024,14- E, along the South line of said Block 3, 1277.04 feet to the
place of beginning and containing 5.0 acres of land.
The Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed here-
to, and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use
of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, ease-
ments, and public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein
expressed.
