said iron rod lies in the West line of Turtle Creek Rood, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 16' 18' 13" W with the East line of Lot 2, a distance of 85.90 feet to an iron rod
found at the Southeast corner of said Lot 2;
THENCE S 16' 22' 53" W with the East line of Lot 3, a distance of 105.39 feet to on iron rod
set for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 52' 00" W a distance of 690.00 feet to an Iron rod set for the Southwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 16' 20' 47" E a distance of 191.29 feet to on Iron rod set for the Northwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 52' 00" E a distance of 690.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 2.91 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed
