of land situated in the Robert Evans Survey A-74, described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING on the West R.O.W. line of Turtle Creek Road at the Northeast corner of the herein described
5.000 acre tract, said point also being the following bearings and distances; S.08°-03'E. 172.3 feet,
S.040-58'-39"W. 156.8 feet, S.16R-21'-38"W. 542.8 feet, S.16'-25'W. 500.6 feet from the intersection of
the West R.O.W. of Turtle Creek Road with the North line of the Robert Evans Survey, A-74;
THENCE S.08'-03'E. 203.14 feet with the West R.O.W. line of Turtle Creek Road to a point;
THENCE N.87"-24'-14"W. 1277.04 feet to a point on the East R.O.W. line of the F.W. 6 D. R.R.;
THENCE N.00"-17'W. 144.75 feet with said R.R. right-of-way to a point;
