the owner of a certain tract of land situated in the Robert Evans Sur. A-74, described by metes
and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the West R.O.W. of Turtle Creek Road at a point S.1936.4 feet and
W.7412.2 feet from the Northeast corner of the Robert Evans Sur. A-74;
THENCE South 450.6 feet with the West R.O.W. of Turtle Creek Road to an angle therein;
THENCE 5.310-08'W. 140.76 feet with the West R.O.W. of Turtle Creek Road to the most Southerly
Southeast corner of a called 57.35 acre Waggoner tract (rec. Vol.892, Page 106, Deed Records of
Wichita County);
THENCE West 32.72 feet to a point;
THENCE N.000-16'W. 121.2 feet to a point;
THENCE N.790-47'W. 362.5 feet to a point;
THENCE North 377.32 feet to a point;
THENCE East 475.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 4.771 acres of land.

through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
