ner of the said David Welch Survey;
Thence North 450 17' West 325.00 feet along the centerline of Pecanway Drive to a
point for corner;
Thence North 450 05' East 625.15 feet to a point for corner in the East line of the
said English Survey and the West line of the said Welch Survey;
Thence South 440 55' East 53.63 feet along the East line of the said English Survey
and the West line of the said Welch Survey to a point in the centerline of the Wichita
County Water Improvement District No. 2 existing 90 foot drainage easement for corner;
Thence North 180 31' East 1159.60 feet along said easement centerline to a point
in the centerline of Clover Lane for corner;
Thence South 450 13' East 790.00 feet along the centerline of Clover Lane to the
point of intersection with the centerline of River Road for corner;
Thence South 450 05' West 1664.60 feet along the centerline of River Road to the
place of beginning and containing 17.00 acres, more or less.
