bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the North corner of Lot 1-A, Woody Partee Addition, as recorded in Volume
26, Page 240, Wichita County Plat Record", said point being in the East line of Old
Jackaboro Highway, on a curve to the left having a radius of 1969.86 feet and a central
angle of 06' 33' 35";
THENCE in a Northerly direction with said curve to the left an arc distance of 225.5 feet
to an iron rod at end of curve;
THENCE North a distance of 87.43 feet to an iron rod for a corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 48' E a distance of 442.3 feet to an iron rod for an angle point;
THENCE South a distance of 70.1 feet to an iron rod for an ell corner;
THENCE N 89' 13' 36" E a distance of 345.88 feet to a point on the centerline of
California Street and the East line of said Block 3;
THENCE S 00' 15' E with the centerline of California Street a distance of 180.0 feet to
the Southeast corner of Block 3 and the Northeast corner of Block 6, Irrigation
Subdivision;
THENCE S 00° 13' E with the East line of Block 6 and the centerline of California Street
a distance of 696.6 feet to a point;
THENCE S 89' 47, W a distance of 40.0 feet to an iron rod for an ell corner;
THENCE S 00' 13' E a distance of 57.6 feet to a highway monument;
THENCE S 58' 24' W a distance of 16.45 feet to a highway monument in the North right-of-
way of Central Freeway East, on a curve to the right;
THENCE in a Northwesterly direction with said curve to the right, having a radius of
5539.08 feet, a central angle of 07' 06. 54", an arc distance of 687.84 feet to an iron
rod at the South corner of Lot 1-A, from which the center of curve bears N 34'11. 01" E;
THENCE with the East line of said Lot 1-A as follows: N 00' 09' E 148.15 feet to an iron
rod; N 17'.11, E 145.0 feet to an iron rod; and N 62' 25' W 131.5 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 13.79 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed
thereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use
