BEGINNING at a point in the Northwest corner of Lot 2, Woody Partee Addition according to plat recorded in Volume
22, Page 35, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being in the East line of Old Jacksboro Highway;
THENCE with the North line of said Lot 2, S 890 511 E 371.3 feet to its Northeast corner;
THENCE with the East line of said Lot 2, S 000 21' W 547.2 feet to a point, its Southeast corner, said point being in
the Northeast right-of-way line of Central Freeway East;
THENCE in a Northwesterly direction with said right-of-way line, a curve to the right having a radius of 5539.08
feet for an are distance of 255.1 feet to the most Southerly Southwest corner of said Lot 2 and the South corner of
Lot 1-A;
THENCE in a North and Westerly direction with the East and Northerly line of Lot 1-A as follows: N 000091E, 148.0
feet; N 170 11' W, 145.0 feet; and N 620 251 W, 131.5 feet to a point in the East right-of-way line of Old Jacksboro
Highway;
THENCE in a Northerly direction with said East right-of-way line a curve to the left having a radius of 1969.86 feet
for an are distance of 62.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2.799 acres of land.
